RETURN POLICY


1. RETURN CONDITIONS
The consumer, as a natural person, has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the distance contract
by sending a written notice to the seller within 14 days from receiving the product, without penalties
and without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at reclamatii@oroimperium.com about your
decision to withdraw from the current contract using an unequivocal statement sent by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the 14-day
period expires. In this case, the seller will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal form via email.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will refund any amount received from you. The
refund will be issued after we receive the returned products and verify their integrity. You will bear
the direct cost of returning the products. You are responsible only for any diminished value of the
products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Please return the products to via Cavalchina n.16/a,
Verona 37137, Italy, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of
your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the 14-day period expires.
If the delivered products included any gifts, those must also be returned.
If you purchased multiple identical products and wish to return all of them, only one product can be
unsealed. The remaining products must be returned sealed.


2. For Online Purchases
Only jewelry in the original packaging (jewelry box) and accompanied by promotional materials
corresponding to the transaction value (jewelry box, etc.) will be accepted for return.
Through a return, you can exchange the product for another or receive a refund.
Steps to return a product:
1. Fill out the RETURN FORM.
2. Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transport.
3. Include the product, the invoice, the warranty certificate, and any promotional materials (jewelry
box, etc.) in the package.4. Send the return request to reclamatii@oroimperium.com, and we will arrange for a courier to
pick up the package from the specified address.
If you choose to send the return package without contacting us first, transport costs will not be
reimbursed.


3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, without signs of use. Products not
returned in the same condition as delivered will not be accepted.
The return package must contain: the product, the small jewelry box, the invoice, the warranty
certificate, and any promotional materials corresponding to the transaction value.
Incorrectly delivered products will be replaced with the ordered products or similar ones if the
ordered products are no longer available. If you received a different product than ordered, please
notify us as soon as possible and return the product following the return steps.
Returned products can be exchanged for more expensive items (you pay the price difference) or
less expensive items (you will receive the difference refunded to the account specified in the Return
Form).


4. Return Costs
Registered customers with an account on our website benefit from free returns for all online orders,
provided the return request is made in writing to reclamatii@oroimperium.com.


5. Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been modified or customized at the customer's request cannot be returned.


6. Refund Method
The value of returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the return date
via bank transfer to the account used for payment (for online card payments). For cash on delivery
payments, the customer must provide an IBAN in the return form for the refund.
After-Sales Services
Products no longer under warranty can be repaired for a fee by the service centers specified in the
warranty certificate.
