Shipping policy
Product Delivery
Within a maximum of one working day from receiving the order, the customer will be contacted by a sales representative of ORO IMPERIUM S.R.L. to verify both the correctness of the order and the billing and delivery information. Only after confirmation will the order be processed.
If the product is available/in stock, the normal delivery time is 3 working days from order confirmation within Timișoara and 10 working days for orders from other counties in Romania via express courier, and 15 days for deliveries outside the country.
Deliveries in Timișoara:
FREE if the order value exceeds 1,500 RON.
Shipping cost: depends on the chosen courier service.
Deliveries outside Timișoara:
FREE for orders of at least 5,000 RON.
Shipping cost: depends on the chosen courier service.
In special cases (such as products not being in our or the supplier's stock, transport difficulties, etc.), we reserve the right to increase the delivery period and the shipping costs accordingly.
ORO IMPERIUM S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse orders and/or deliveries from certain customers and/or to certain addresses.
Pricing Policy & Product Shipping
Product prices are those displayed for each individual product.
ORO IMPERIUM S.R.L. may conduct any promotional campaign regarding products listed on the website, with the conditions for such promotions established solely by ORO IMPERIUM S.R.L.
Disputes
Any attempt at unauthorized access to www.oroimperium.com or any fraud attempt will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.
All disputes will be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution is not possible, or if one party withdraws from an amicable settlement, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration at the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the Municipality of Timișoara, according to its rules. The arbitral decision will be final and binding.
Force majeure, as proven according to law, exempts the parties from their obligations—except the payment obligation for services provided before its occurrence—for the entire duration of the force majeure event.
Unclaimed and Returned Parcels
The customer is not exempted from paying the invoice if the products are shipped and not collected within 5 days from the ORO IMPERIUM S.R.L. courier. The costs caused by round-trip shipping will be highlighted and added to the invoice for the returned order. In this case, ORO IMPERIUM S.R.L. reserves the right to demand full payment of the invoice as well as the round-trip courier costs.
Transport Damages
If, unfortunately, the received products are found to be damaged due to transport, the customer must report such damages to: reclamatii.oroimperium@gmail.com.
All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped as soon as possible, and with all necessary measures to ensure they reach each customer quickly and safely.
The typical delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days.
Deliveries are made via FEDEX, with parcels insured for their full value. You may also request to open the parcel upon delivery, if you mention this in your order.
Shipping is free in Romania in the cases provided above. We also deliver to all countries in the European Union, via FEDEX courier.
COMPLETE DELIVERY REGULATIONS
1. Mandatory Procedures on Delivery
Products ordered online are delivered by courier services contracted by the Seller. When the parcel is shipped, the courier agent will contact the User by email/SMS and phone to indicate the delivery time frame. If the courier agent cannot contact the User, two additional delivery attempts will be made. The parcel will be kept for only 5 working days from the first attempt.
Each delivered product will have the following "mandatory characteristics": it will include all characteristic elements matching those of the model presented on the website and will be originally labeled, packaged, and sealed.
The purchase invoice for the product will be sent to the User's email along with the Warranty Certificate.
If the international warranty certificate is provided by the international supplier and the User requests it for use outside Romania, the Seller will send it to the delivery address used for the ordered product.
After receiving the product, the User may request further usage instructions at their email address if needed.
Upon receiving the parcel, the recipient must check its integrity, including the integrity of the packaging, which must be intact. The recipient has the right to refuse and not pay for the parcel if there are visible signs of damage or tampering (unsealed, deformed, torn, wet parcels, etc.).
All notes regarding any potential issues with the parcels’ integrity must be made in writing on the AWB in the courier agent's presence, or in a report completed together with the courier. Only in such cases may the parcel be refused.
Any complaints made after the fact regarding such issues will no longer be considered.
Within 24 hours from delivery, the User must notify the Seller in writing at reclamatii.oroimperium@gmail.com regarding the absence of any "mandatory characteristic" as described above. Failure to provide this notification represents the User’s firm agreement that the product was delivered with all "mandatory characteristics" present.
2. Coverage Area and Delivery Times
Deliveries are made within Romania via express courier and within the European Union via FEDEX.
Depending on the confirmation time of the order and the delivery location, the delivery time is as follows:
Monday–Friday, orders confirmed before 12:00 – delivery in 3-5 working days.
Monday–Friday, orders confirmed after 12:00 and on weekends – delivery in 4-6 working days.
Deliveries in Romania are made Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00.
Deliveries in the European Union are made Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00.
3. Delivery Costs
Orders delivered in Romania benefit from FREE shipping under the conditions specified in the “Order Delivery” article.
For orders delivered in the European Union, a variable delivery fee applies depending on the order value and insurance, starting from 250 RON.
