1. Collection of Personal Information
oroimperium.com applies the highest standards in handling customer confidentiality. All information—including but not limited to account details, transactions, and correspondence—is used with the utmost discretion.
The only personal information collected by oroimperium.com is that voluntarily provided by users during transactions or other operations. Simply browsing the site does not involve the collection of personal information.
Certain features or services may require personal information, which will only be used for its intended purpose and/or for necessary communication between oroimperium.com and its customers (e.g., order confirmation, holiday schedule announcements, discounts, promotions).

oroimperium.com may include links to other websites, whether owned by oroimperium.com or not. oroimperium.com cannot, under any circumstance, be held responsible for the content of those websites.
4. Use of the Site by Persons Under 18
oroimperium.com is not intended for persons under 18. While access cannot be technically restricted, minors are not entitled to submit or post information on oroimperium.com; any such operation must be performed via their legal representative.
When registering as a member, you will be asked to choose a username (email address) and password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe; all activity conducted under your username is your sole responsibility.

5. Promotions and Contests
We independently establish the regulations for promotions and contests organized by oroimperium.com. These regulations are communicated to potential participants only through our website or other public or private communication means. Promotions apply only to orders that fully comply with the rules displayed on oroimperium.com, are registered during the promotion’s validity period, and only within available stock.
We do not guarantee the availability of promotional products and may discontinue or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
6. Product Prices
Product prices are displayed in RON (lei), VAT included.
7. Payment for Products
Ordered products remain the property of ORO IMPERIUM SRL until full payment has been made. Payment methods include:
Cash on delivery (for both individuals and legal entities)
Bank transfer (for both individuals and legal entities)
8. Cash Payment
Cash payment is made in RON, upon delivery by the courier or at the Post Office, in full at the time of receiving the product.
9. Bank Transfer
Bank transfer payment details are provided for security reasons only to customers registered as users on oroimperium.com.
10. Product Delivery
Within a maximum of two working days from order receipt, a sales representative of ORO IMPERIUM SRL will contact the customer to verify the accuracy of the order and billing/delivery details. Only after confirmation will the order be processed.
Standard delivery times are:
2 working days from order confirmation within Timișoara
5 working days for orders from other counties in Romania (via courier)
Up to 7 working days via the Romanian Postal Service
Delivery within Timișoara:
FREE if the value exceeds 1500 RON
Delivery cost: as per courier service
Delivery outside Timișoara:
FREE if the value exceeds 5000 RON
Delivery cost: as per courier service
In special cases (out-of-stock items, transportation issues), we reserve the right to extend delivery times and adjust shipping costs.
ORO IMPERIUM SRL reserves the right to refuse orders and/or deliveries to certain customers and/or addresses.
11. Product Warranty and/or Service
Products sold through oroimperium.com come with the warranty and/or service provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims cannot be made for improper or incorrect product use. Warranty/service requests must be made directly to the supplier, based on the purchase invoice.
Within 48 hours of product delivery, customers may request a return for defective products, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by all original transaction documents. The product may be replaced or, if replacement is not possible, the purchase amount will be refunded.
12. Personal Data
On oroimperium.com, users are responsible for all activities resulting from account and password access. ORO IMPERIUM SRL cannot be held liable for errors caused by user negligence regarding account security and confidentiality.
Personal data may be used by oroimperium.com and its suppliers solely for the stated purposes of the site. Registration information and order form data will be used to send order confirmations, promotional information, etc.
Personal data may be disclosed to authorities legally entitled to verify commercial transactions or other justified checks, if requested according to applicable laws.
13. Information Security
ORO IMPERIUM SRL guarantees the security and confidentiality of data hosted and transmitted through its IT system. However, ORO IMPERIUM SRL is not responsible for information losses caused by any software malfunctions or errors, nor does it guarantee that the site, servers, or emails sent by oroimperium.com are virus-free. ORO IMPERIUM SRL is not liable for any server vulnerabilities.
14. Limitation of Liability
The oroimperium.com website and related materials are provided "as is" and "as available".
ORO IMPERIUM SRL does not guarantee, expressly or implicitly, the operation or functionality of the site, nor the content, materials, or products available.
ORO IMPERIUM SRL is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or incidental damages.
15. Pricing Policy & Product Shipping
Product prices are displayed individually for each item.
ORO IMPERIUM SRL may conduct promotional campaigns regarding products on oroimperium.com, under terms set solely by ORO IMPERIUM SRL.
16. Disputes
Any unauthorized attempt to access oroimperium.com or any fraud attempt will be reported without delay to the competent authorities.
All disputes will be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, or either party renounces amicable settlement, the dispute will be settled by arbitration at the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the Municipality of Timișoara, in accordance with its rules. The arbitral decision is final and binding.
Force majeure, as defined and proven by law, exempts both parties from their obligations (except for payment of services already provided) for the duration of the force majeure event.
17. Unclaimed and Returned Parcels
If products sent are not collected within 5 days from the ORO IMPERIUM SRL courier, the customer remains liable for payment. Return shipping costs will be added to the invoice for the returned order. ORO IMPERIUM SRL reserves the right to demand full payment of the invoice and round-trip shipping charges.
18. Transport Damages
If products received are found to be damaged due to transport, the customer must report such damages to: reclamatii@oroimperium.com
19. Copyright
All content of oroimperium.com—images, text, graphics, symbols, web graphics, scripts, software, and other data—is the property of ORO IMPERIUM SRL and its suppliers, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any such elements is punishable according to applicable law.
20. Comments, Communications, and Other Data/Information
Site visitors may post comments and communications; they may send emails, suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, containing viruses, spam, chain letters, mass emails, or any other form of unsolicited messages.
Anyone using a false email address or misrepresenting themselves will be sanctioned according to law. oroimperium.com has the right (but not the obligation) to remove any such content identified on the site. ORO IMPERIUM SRL is not responsible for any damages resulting from such communications.
By submitting or displaying any materials/documents, you grant ORO IMPERIUM SRL and its affiliates a non-exclusive, unlimited, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and display such content anywhere in the world, by any means. You also grant ORO IMPERIUM SRL and its affiliates/licensees the right to use the name associated with such content. You guarantee you have all rights to the content you post or transmit, so that its use does not harm any person. ORO IMPERIUM SRL assumes no responsibility for content posted/transmitted by users on oroimperium.com.
ORO IMPERIUM SRL has reseller contracts with major brand representatives. For product quality or brand authenticity, the customer may contact the respective brand representative or importer in Romania.
21. Disclaimer
All site content (text, product descriptions, technical characteristics, images, symbols) is the property of ORO IMPERIUM SRL and its partners and was compiled in close collaboration with product suppliers. Therefore, ORO IMPERIUM SRL does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of product descriptions, as they are identical to those provided by the supplier.
Images are illustrative; delivered products may differ (color, accessories, appearance, etc.). ORO IMPERIUM SRL cannot guarantee stock availability. ORO IMPERIUM SRL reserves the right not to fulfill orders if the product is no longer available from the supplier.
The customer will be refunded for orders not fulfilled. ORO IMPERIUM SRL is not responsible for defects in purchased products. Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of product receipt, after which it will be forwarded to the supplier for resolution. If products cannot be delivered or are damaged in transit, the customer may request an immediate refund, but not additional compensation. By agreeing to these terms, the customer accepts these risks.
22. Additional Charges
The final price paid by the customer includes the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs. ORO IMPERIUM SRL does not charge any additional fees at purchase. For any additional charges, please contact: reclamatii.oroimperium@gmail.com.
23. Final Provisions
If any clause above is found to be null or invalid, for any reason, this does not affect the validity of the other clauses. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions, which are considered a valid contract.
24. Return Policy
You may return products within 14 calendar days of delivery, whether you are an individual or a company. The return form may be sent no later than the 14th calendar day from the delivery date. Any product received with a manufacturing defect may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All returned products must be in the same condition as received. We cannot accept products with unauthorized interventions or those damaged by the customer (wear, excessive use, scratches, chips, mechanical/electrical shocks), or without all accessories.
You must return products with original labels, warranty certificates (if issued), and all documents delivered.
If your order included gifts, you must return them as well. If you bought several identical products and wish to return them all, only one may be opened, the rest must be sealed.
